Role Summary : |
This position will direct the HR function for approximately 400 employees in the first year and up to 5000 in the fifth year of operation. This position will be reporting directly to the CEO.
A successful candidate must be a self starter, well organized, have excellent time management skills and be a superior communicator. The candidate must possess the ability to be decisive and the flexibility to meet ever changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities : |
Key Responsibilities are as follows:
1. Develop, recommend, and implement policies and programs to align with business needs.
2. Contribute with strategic methods for incorporating the company objectives effectively.
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of current programs, recommends changes and implement “Best practices” personnel policies and procedures.
4. Manage and direct the recruitment process to hire best of class employees.
5· Develop and maintain job descriptions for all existing and newly formed positions.
6· Implement employee performance management program.
7. Assist department managers / directors in acquiring the best training programs / orientation programs needed in order to increase employees’ efficiency.
8. Assist department managers / directors in improving training programs for new hires.

| The Candidate : |
Our Client requires a high calibre professional with:
1. Bachelor Degree in HR or related fields with first class / MBA preferable.
2. Minimum 5 – 7 years of solid HR experience in multi national organization.
3. Strong leadership and analytical skills.
4. Extraordinary employee relations experience.
5· A proven record of recruiting qualified technical and administrative talent.
6. Experience with affirmative action planning and administration.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Self starter with the ability to work independently and pro-actively whilst guiding a team simultaneously.
9. Bilingual.
10· Age 35 and up.

The Best in the industry.
The remuneration package will reflect the experience and qualifications of the appointee and will be negotiated with the selected individual in confidence. In addition to an attractive basic salary, the company provides compensation for housing and transportation. Additionally, medical insurance, annual leave tickets as well as an annual performance related bonus will be provided.
The company offers total package depending upon the level of education, knowledge and experience of the selected candidate.
The monthly salary is KD 1500/. plus other benefits such as house allowance, car and mobile.
