| Main Responsibilities : |
1. Plan & direct financial goals, objectives & budgets for the Business Unit.
2. Prepare the financial statements of the Business Unit.
3. Implement the organizations financial/accounting policies, procedures for the Business Unit.
4. Implement organization’s costing policies, methodologies & techniques .
5. Manage legal issues including contracts & litigation, in addition to taxation, governance & corporate compliance for the Business Unit.
6. Implement IT policies & procedures for the Business Unit.
7. Ensure profitability and manage cash management & treasury activities of the Business Unit.
8. Implement financial controls for the Business Unit & coordinate with internal auditors.
9. Prepare financial / performance reports for the Board of Directors.
