| Main Responsibilities : |
1. Maintain a corporate workforce plan & budget that supports the organizations strategic plan.
2. Prepare HR development plans.
3. Deploy HR policies & procedures for all business units & ensure their implementation.
4. Recruit key positions In the organization.
5. Supervise all administrative activities within the organization, ensuring on time delivery, accuracy of information & legal compliance.
6. Develop & maintain job descriptions, performance review processes & competencies.
7. Support department managers in relation to HR issues, methodologies and initiatives
8. Manage the annual remuneration and incentives program, monitoring it’s effectiveness & developing new plans which are cost effective & agree with the Organization's objectives.
9. Prepare HR reviews & report on staffing issues to the Board of Directors.
