We have been retained by a leading Global scale Cement company and have Jobs in Amman Regional Office, Jordan.

8-10 years of experience in a sales and marketing position.

Bachelor in Business Admin, Science or related field with sales experience (MBA would be an advantage)

Jordanian / Lebanese / Syrian / Egyptian/ Moroccan

1. Plan sales growth of the Business Units in coordination with the COO.

2. Identify opportunities for profitable growth of the Business Units through internal growth or acquisitions & joint ventures.

3. Negotiate and close complex deals related to the Business Units.

4. Conduct & review market research activities to identify new market opportunities for the Business Units.

5. Develop & direct marketing activities ensuring that a consistent “brand” message is delivered.

6. Actively manage the sales process of the Business Units.

7. Monitor the sales activities of the Business Units.

8. Report to the Board of Directors on new ventures, sales performance & opportunities.
