Cement manufacturing organisation in Jordan to recruit high quality professionals.

We have been retained by a leading Global scale Cement company and have Jobs in Amman Regional Office, Jordan.

Minimum 15 years of senior management experience out of which 8 years were in the cement industry.

Must be an engineering graduate, MBA will be an added advantage

Jordanian / Lebanese / Syrian / Egyptian/ Moroccan

1. Ensure the technical plans for the expansion & modernization of the organization in accordance with the organization’s strategy & objectives.

2. Prepare feasibility & technical studies concerning major investment projects & make recommendations.

3. Recommend annual expansion plans & investments.

4. Continuously review business unit modernization plan, expansion plans & recommendations & coordinate implementation schemes.

5. Prepare request for proposals for potential projects approved by the organization.

6. Review technical & financial offers & provide recommendations to the organization.

7. Negotiate with contractors & suppliers regarding project requirements & specifications

8. Monitor the implementation of major investment projects for the organization.

9. Reporting to the Board of Directors on the status of projects.
