| Main Responsibilities : |
1. Set production plans in coordination with GM’s for all Business Units
2. Supervise the operations of all Business Units ensuring they are performing in accordance with the organizations production plans.
3. Measure the effectiveness of all processes internal and external.
4. Formulate policies & procedures relevant to plant activities to enhance process optimization of quality, production and maintenance.
5. Ensure appropriate quality control standards are in place & implemented and ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations and all other stakeholders requirements.
6. Coordinate with HR Manager to develop & build the Business Unit employee capabilities ensuring they are in line with operational needs.
7. Provide timely, accurate and complete production / performance reports to the Board of Directors on the operating condition of all Business Units.
