Experience : |
8 – 10 years experience as a Financial manager with audit experience (preferably in a multinational organization)
|
| Education : |
a) Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent (MBA / Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA), is preferred)
|
| Preferred Nationality : |
Jordanian / Lebanese / Syrian / Egyptian/ Moroccan
|
| Main Responsibilities : |
1. Plan & direct organizations financial goals, objectives & budgets.
2. Consolidate the financial statements of all Business Units.
3. Ensure the implementation of financial/accounting policies, procedures for the organization.
4. Develop costing policies, methodologies & techniques across the organization & ensure implementation.
5. Manage legal issues including contracts & litigation, in addition to taxation, governance & corporate compliance.
6. Develop IT policies & procedures and monitor their implementation for all Business Units.
7. Ensure profitability and supervise cash management & treasury activities of the Business Units.
8. Review feasibility of future investments & provide recommendations to the organization.
9. Develop financial controls & monitor implementation through internal audit of the Business Units & coordinate with external auditors.
