* To cater the needs of user department for H/W & S/W support. *To ensure the system availability, data security and its processing on time for further reference. * Oracle Database Administration & Application monitoring. * Monitoring, maintenance & Administration of Hardware & software related to the region & remote location. * Co-ordination and interaction with the other departments. * CDR Server Administration & Optimization. * Implementation of User porocesses in TIMS and regularization of data updating. * Interaction with other region’s systems for value addition and problem solving. * Training to Region – Systems team and user department. * Proper documentation of daily data processing and routine jobs. Networking and Hardware related issues, Backup & Recovery of user data & CDR data.
