The Job : |
The incumbent having LLB from good Institute & 8-10 years experience either in court or in Corporate will be required to assist the Sr. Legal advisor as well as the GM in handling all the legal issues of the organisation and will also be required to independently handle matters pertaining to the legal department.He should have good expertise in Civil suits (recovery matters including negotiable instrument act (MRTP, General contracts, Labour laws, Intellectual property rights (Trademark, copyrights, patent.). Proficiency in computers & strong drafting skill is required & knowledge of export-import laws will be an added advantage.Young professionals, presently working with reputed solicitor firms or practicing independently, in the age group of 30-35 years, having an excellent command over written and spoken English and effective drafting skills are invited to apply for the post.
