As the Head for the Legal function, you will be responsible for all country legal issues, reporting directly to the Asia-Pacific organisation. All country matters related to patents, copyrights, trademark protection and agreements, in addition to all other corporate legal issues will be directly under your purview. You would be expected to ensure complete legal safeguards for company products and properties, both directly, as well as through retained external counsel. 10-15 years of post qualification experience, covering the entire gamut of Corporate and trademark laws. Experience in a technology driven industry, with exposure international norms, either on the client side, or with a reputed firm of lawyers, will be a distinct advantage.
