Skills and Job Requirements : |
Required Skills Controlling Finance SAP, CO / FICO Implementation. You must have a Finance and Controlling functional experience for 3-5 yrs, of which 1-2 years should be in SAP CO / FICO module implementation.
MINIMUM 2 IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED OF WHICH ONE CAN BE IN SUSTENANCE and one needs to be an E2E implementation.
The following skill set are required:
1. Cost center Accounting 2. Profit Center Accounting 3. Internal Orders Accounting 4. Profitability Analysis (good knowledge) 5. Product Costing (good knowledge) 6. Material Ledger
Good communication skills and exposure to Consultancy.
Exposure to new dimensional products like SAP CRM, SAP APO, SAP EB, SAP BW and internet technology will be an added advantage alongwith knowledge of ABAP.
You should demonstrate the desire to grow intellectually and have excellent problem solving and team building skills.
Exposure to software engineering methodologies.
Ablity to plan the given task and report status periodically in a formal way.
Prior client management exposure, preferably in difficult job situations.
Ability to make presentations to a client or a prospect and give demonstrations.

| Roles and Responsibilites : |
You must have a good understanding of the Finance functions in an organization.
You will interact with the client and the key users, do the scoping studies, suggest solution through SAP, train the key users, and configure SAP CO module.
In addition to this you will provide application support to end users for the existing installation. The key challenge is to resolve the problems in the shortest possible time.
The role would also entail extensive documentation and macro analysis.
