We have been retained by a leading Global scale Cement company in Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia having two manufacturing plants located 100 km from King Abdul Aziz Port at Dammam, Saudi Arabia to identify Staff Engineer to work directly with General Manager – Saudi Arabia

1. Engineering qualifications with additional management skills.

2. Well experienced in cement industry – mainly in the fields of operations & maintenance.

3. Must possess excellent technical analytical skills for the development of appropriate recommendations of actions pertaining to key aspects of cement plant operations and maintenance.

4. Capable of persuasivly discussing plant subjects in great detail with plant personnel authentically & scientifically.

5. Capable of conducting good coordination between Top Executive Management and Plant Management.

6. Good computer literacy. Must be converstant and well versed with all MS Office applications.

7. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

35 - 40 Years of age

No less than 8 to 10 years in a similar position for a major cement company. Experience in varied work assignments in the cement industry will be an added advantage.

Pleasant / Strong / Persuasive / Self-Confident

Fluent and persuasive in making his case verbally and in writing through preparation of effective presentations. Must be able to effectively communicate with various levels of various nationalities within the organization.

Neat and well dressed to make a positive influence on others from first sight.

Power user of all Microsoft Office Applications especially Powerpoint. Well-versed and effective user of MS Project. Experience in using and analayzing information derived from computerized plant maintenance and operations applications will be a definite advantage.

Effective analytical skills with ability to relate several related factors / criteria and their possible impacts. What-if effect description of various possible scenarios to assist management decision-making is a must.
