| Duties Performed: |
a) Compiles information relating to operational or management reports/records and organizational operating practices or procedures. Reviews workflow and analyzes data gathered and develops solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
b) Confers with concerned personnel to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures. Interviews personnel and conducts on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used.
c) Studies procedures problems relating to organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, etc… Gathers and organizes information on problems or procedures and designs, evaluates, and recommends changes of forms and reports. Documents findings of study and prepares recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
d) Develops and implements records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assure compliance with program.
e) Prepare manuals and train workers in use of new forms, reports, and procedures according to organizational policy.
f) Observes, interviews, and surveys employees and conducts group meetings to collect job, organizational, and occupational information.
g) Review forms and reports, and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and improvements.

| Education & Experience Requirements: |
a) Completion of University education with a degree in Management Information Systems or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
b) 8-10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a large industrial company. Knowledge in the cement industry will be an advantage.
c) Very fluent in spoken and written English. Good knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable
