| Duties Performed: |
a) Analyzes organizational, occupational, and industrial data to facilitate organizational functions and provides analysis summaries to respective organizational functions.
b) Assesses need for and develop job analysis instruments and materials.
c) Reviews and updates employee handbooks, as required.
d) Develops, implements, administers and evaluates personnel and labor relations programs, including performance appraisals.
e) Evaluates job positions to determine job grade and salary level.
f) Observes, interviews, and surveys employees and conducts group meetings to collect job, organizational, and occupational information.
g) Plans, develops, evaluates, improves, and communicates methods and techniques for selecting, promoting, compensating, evaluating, and training workers.
h) Prepares occupational classifications and job descriptions. Applies job evaluation programs and analyzes data to identify related personnel problems. Categorizes occupational, educational, and/or employment information
i) Prepares reports, such as organization and flow charts, and career path reports, to summarize job analysis and evaluation and compensation analysis information. Evaluates qualifications or eligibility of applicant for employment in relation to that which is required for the job.
j) Provides advice on the resolution of classification and salary complaints.
k) Conducts research on work-related topics and researches job and worker requirements, structural and functional relationships among jobs and occupations.
l) Reviews occupational data to determine the appropriate occupational title and code, and provide information about employee levels and occupations.

| Education & Experience Requirements: |
a) Completion of University education with a degree in Industrial Management or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
b) 8-10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a large industrial company. Knowledge in the cement industry will be an advantage.
c) Very fluent in spoken and written English. Good knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.
