Background : |
All candidates will have at least 3 years minimum experience in one or more of the following areas:
Banking .
Operations (clearing & payments etc)
Business units (Corporate, retail, private, treasury)
Customer service
University degree in BA or a related field

| Selected relevant experience: |
Trade finance/ Operations – A good understanding of trade finance issues along with a general understanding of how the back office function works. Understanding of trade finance policies and procedures, department activities. Knowledge of UCP600, URR525.
Customer service – A good understanding of customer service center activities. Worked with customers in a customer facing position
