Background : |
All candidates will have at least 10 years minimum experience in one or more of the following areas:
Banking .
Operations (L/Cs, L/Gs, clearing & payments etc)
Business units (Corporate, retail, private, treasury)
Customer service
Policies, processes, & procedures
IT (system integration, migration, data analysis, software and applications etc)
Leadership skills
Relevant academic background (BA, MBA and/or a professional certificate is a plus)

| Selected relevant experience: |
Project Management – Prepared project concept documents, contracted agreements, identified business and technical requirements, involved in planning, scheduling, issues, risks, design, implementation, testing, and rollout support of banking project. Monitored and reported on status of projects for new and updated banking products.
Process re-engineering - Managed a number of projects for the development of operations policies and procedures. Analyzed business processes and reengineered for bank departments. Setup business process documentation models in preparation for complete business process management, analysis, and re-engineering.
Information Technology –Analyzed, designed, developed, and implemented trade products. Analyzed data and migrated legacy systems mainly to trade finance systems
Leadership skills – Managed teams in development and implementation programs and conducted training workshops
Banking operations – Supervised and managed banking Operations in trade finance (Import & Export letters of Credit, Local & foreign guarantees, Inward & Outward Bills for Collection and discounted bills), Central clearing, support and loans department. Managed daily operations transactions. Established procedures and reporting mechanisms to govern the efficient operation of the operations department. Streamlined the relations of the central operations department with all other bank departments.
