Job Requirements: |
Minimum 1 year of 1st party collections/call center management experience (Cellular preferred).
Must be able to supervise a team of 18-20 associates.
Proven oral and written communication skills.
Computer literate with knowledge of MS-Office a must.
Knowledgeable of Dialer operations.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work with all levels of management and client.
Must be able to work well under pressure and deadlines.
Strong analytical skills to develop and implement strategies for departmental results.
