You would be an important part of the Sales & Marketing team and would be responsible for Branding, Advertising, Direct mail campaigns and all other promotion efforts. You should be a young creative person, an MBA from a reputed institution preferably with an Electronics Engineering degree having 5– 8 years relevant experience in a leading Durable/FMCG multinational co., coordinating with advertising agencies, Event Management and running campaigns.Thorough knowledge of media practices and media scenario in the country and knowledge of media planning and optimizing software.will also be preferred. Inter-alia, You will look after the following in coordination with Advertising agencies:
(1) Developing and executing integrated marketing communication modules (advertising and sales promotion campaigns, events, Promotions etc.)
(2) Development of annual brand plans and budget allocation
(3) Working along with market research agencies to use consumer-tracking data to streamline consumer promotions and advertising campaigns
(4) To carry out extremely detailed competitive tracking and analysis of advertising activity of Colour TV, Washing Machines etc., market in India
(5) Proficiency in various demographic databases in the country (NRS, IRS, Indian market demographics etc.) and their application in market segmentation and targeting

The individuals should preferably be an MBA from a reputed institute, preferably with an Electronics Engineering degree and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
