You are an MBA from a reputed institute with majors in materials or even marketing. You are having 8-10 years of rich experience in logistics in any MNC in consumer electronics / home appliances / FMCG having multiproduct, multi location, multi warehouses management portfolio.
Your expertise should be in total logistics cost management.
KRAs include installing Complete Logistics Network, Systems & Customer Friendly Team on All India Basis with lowest Logistics-costs,Formulation, effective implementation and regular review and continuous improvements of commercial procedures, guidelines, delegation and formats etc. to keep pace with dynamism of Indian Logistics with international standards,All India Transportation Management / Sales Coordination/Non–Life Insurance Management,PPSI (Purchase, Production, Sales & Inventory) analysis and monitoring &Warehousing Network Development & Management.
You should have Functional Exposure in Sales & Marketing Support Functions, Order Processing, Co-ordination with all Regional / Area Sales Offices, Warehouses, C & F Agents, H. O. Depts, and Works & Monitoring of dealers Appointments / Terminations.
You would also look after Finance Support Functions like Credit Control & Outstanding Monitoring,-Inventory Control at Depots, Monthly Allocation of Stocks / Excise Amount, Stocks Transfers / Sales Returns / Short / Wrong Despatch Monitoring, Systems Development & Implementation would include Implementation & Audit of Total ISO 9001 Systems in Accordance to Quality Management & Quality Assurance standards as well as Training of RSO / ASO / Warehouse Personnel.
