The Job : |
The incumbent will be responsible for the total HRD functions of the Organisation, which includes Personnel policies, Manpower Planning, Job Evaluation, Productivity Improvement, Organisation Restructuring & Development, Training, Performance Appraisals and Career Planning.
Training will form an important aspect of this assignment, which includes (1) Evaluating Training needs of the Organisation and Employees including technical training (2) Running a Training Center for Workmen and staff (3) Handling Training Programmes for the Staff & Managers (4) Creating and implementing policies for the participation of Employees (at all levels) in Seminars, Workshops and Executive Training Programmes. The candidate should have 8-12 years experience in HR & IR and should be from a premier management institute such as IIM, XLRI or TISS with a good academic record.
