| The Job : |
As head of the finance & accounts functions, you will be a part of the Management Team in formulating business strategies of the Company. You will be instrumental in the institution of appropriate systems, MIS and checks & balance to safeguard the business interests of the Company. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing & coordinating proper maintenance of the computerised accounting systems, fund management, internal audit, taxation matters and statutory compliances; apart from interfacing with financial institutions, government bodies and agencies. |
| Qualifications : |
You should have an ability to understand the business operations of the Company with all its ramifications & be a qualified Chartered Accountant |
| Experience : | 15 – 20 years of relevant experience. Exposure to a computerised environment and latest financial accounting systems is essential. Age around 40 – 45 years. |
